Class Rules: In this Classroom...
Snack:
Your child will be allowed to bring a healthy snack with them to school. It must NOT contain any nuts! They will also be allowed to have a water bottle with them in the room through the day. Birthdays:
5th grade has a no food or teat policy. please feel free to bring in a small item to celebrate a birthday instead. Ideas include; pencils, erasers, stickers, small toy, or even donate a book or game to the class! REDO PolicyStudents may REDO their work if they are ever unhappy with their grade. I am willing to give back all points that were lost (except in the case of points being taken for late work) as long as I can see their work and how they fixed their mistakes. The only assignments that they cannot redo are tests or quizzes of any kind. My only rule is that the students complete the redo work on a separate sheet of paper and turn staple it to the original worksheet. All graded work comes home on Thursdays, so redo work will be due by the following Thursday.
